1. General Information

Design It.Design ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides graphic design services on a subscription basis. We are based in Texas and operate as a sole proprietorship. We are not an LLC at this time.

2. Services Provided

We offer subscription-based design services, including but not limited to:

• Mobile and Web Design: Crafting responsive and engaging designs tailored to your brand and audience.
• Business Branding and Design: Developing logos, color palettes, and comprehensive branding materials that reflect your unique identity.
• Strategic Design for Business Success: Creating designs aimed at captivating your audience and driving measurable results.

Custom services may be available upon request. We reserve the right to refuse projects that do not align with our expertise or business interests.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary assets and information in a timely manner.

• Respond to communication within reasonable timeframes.

• Ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Failure to provide requested materials may result in project delays or cancellations without a refund.

4. Payment & Subscription Terms

• Our services operate on a monthly subscription model
• Payment must be in full before work begins.
• Subscription automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds are not available once work has begun

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time with advance notice to active subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

• Clients receive full commercial rights to completed designs upon final payment.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Any source files, including working files (such as PSD, AI, or Sketch files), may be provided at an additional cost.

6. Revisions & Turnaround Time

• Turnaround times vary based on project complexity but will be communicated at the start of each project.
• Unreasonable or excessive revisions may result in addtional charges or project cancellation.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused time within billing cycle.
• If a project is terminated by the client before completion, we retain rights to any unfinished work.
• If we determine a project is not a good fit, we may terminate services and provide a prorated refund at our discretion.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. We may sign an NDA upon request.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or legal disputes arising from the use of our designs.
• We do not guarantee specific business results from our services
• Any claims or disputes shall be governed by Texas law
